Livi Lee & Co. got its start in Sand Springs after taking over the former Shipley’s Daylight Donuts, and the shop takes its name from the owners’ daughter, Alivia — “Livi” for short. What began as that single storefront has grown into a family of shops across the Tulsa area: Prattville in south Sand Springs, midtown Tulsa, Berryhill, Catoosa, and two in Owasso, plus a coastal outpost called Dough Sea Dough on Florida’s Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach.

My wife and I both grew up eating at the Shipley’s Daylight Donuts on the north side of town and though the shop has a cuter brand now, its breakfast quality is unchanged excellence.
We took our son last week to the Prattville location and it was all every bit as good as I remembered from my childhood and teenage years. They both got donut holes while I enjoyed a chocolate glaze coated in mini M&M’s. I also got a fried sausage roll while my wife opted for a baked sausage roll. Both were fantastic. They always have super friendly workers and the stores all have a super cute whimsical vibe.
